Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery time: Ships within 3-5 business days after payment.

800 yen for anywhere in Japan. 1300 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. An additional 300 yen will be charged for cool delivery.
Shipping costs will be borne by the consumer and your company.
- Please note that you can only specify a time between morning and afternoon.
- Please note that we do not ship on weekends, holidays, or during the year-end and New Year holidays.
- Generally, orders shipped after 5pm on weekdays or 3pm on Saturdays will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept exchanges or returns. In addition, the cooling-off period does not apply to mail order sales.
1. We will only accept returns and exchanges if the bottle is damaged during delivery. (Please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives and contact us. We inspect the product before shipping.) We cannot exchange the wine if you do not like the taste of the wine itself.
2. If we are unable to provide the same item due to stock issues, we will refund your purchase price.
3. In the event of refusal to accept the parcel, long-term absence (more than 7 days after the initial delivery), or an incorrect address, we will charge you the following fees.
- Round-trip shipping fee - Shipping fee - Administrative fee - 100% of the product price Due to the nature of the product, products once shipped cannot be reused.
