Honey
Away from the big cities, in the Mediterranean wilderness, our small family-run bees naturally collect the best nectar to make healthy honey that will delight you. The hot summers of the South of France are reflected in our honey, allowing you to enjoy the scents of each region, flower and season.
Olive oil
Our high quality extra virgin olive oil comes from one of the oldest family farms in the region. With nearly 500 years of history, the PARADIS family processes only the best olives to produce an oil that is now sought after around the world. No wonder, over the years, it has received the highest award from the French Ministry of Agriculture. We are proud to be able to offer this product, despite our limited production.
Balsamic vinegar
We source our exceptional wine vinegars from the South of France, a region with a long tradition of grape processing. A small, family-run business, Grand Horta processes only the best wines from the Languedoc region, from which our vinegar master Laurent Faure creates aromatic and complex balsamic vinegars. We are proud to offer these products.
