Welcome to Moulin Paradis.
I'm Christophe, the CEO.
He is the fourth generation to make olive oil at this 16th century oil mill in Martignargues, Gard.
The Paradis family has been here since 1917 and I took over from my father Roger in 2002. In 2010 we opened a second production site in Sainte-Maxime, between Uzès and the Pont du Gard.
Since 1998, they have been producing 100% French olive oil, a prize-winning product at the Concours Générale Agricole in Paris that remains the benchmark for olive oil today.
This oil is made from locally grown olives and is pure with no additives.
Olive oil is 100% naturally extracted.
We benefit from a rich terroir, which allows us to produce oils of excellent quality from several varieties.
