New! French Red Wine Vinegar Banyuls
The vinegar is of the highest quality and comes from the magnificent Roussillon region of France.
The name Banyuls comes from Banyuls-sur-Mer, a small town on the Mediterranean coast, bathed in abundant sunshine and terraced fields that stretch down to the sea.
This is a special product that embodies the essence of this sunny region of the South of France.
This vinegar, made from the Grenache grape variety, is obtained by fermenting the naturally sweet wine of the same name.
The grapes are carefully harvested and pressed to produce an intense, sweet wine, which is then aged for several years in oak barrels to develop complex aromas and a unique depth of flavor.
Banyuls Vinegar is characterised by its amber colour and delicate flavours of dried fruit, hazelnut and mild spices.
Its mild acidity is perfectly balanced with its sweet aroma, making it a versatile seasoning in Mediterranean cuisine and ideal for marinades and sauces, as well as for enhancing the flavor of grilled vegetables, seafood, and meats.
It's a seasoning with many layers of flavor that really elevates any dish.
From a simple arugula and goat cheese salad to roasted duck, this vinegar makes every bite gourmet.
Aroma: Plum, black cherry, tomato, dried fruit.
